Job summary

Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions seeks a team-oriented professional to join the Late-Stage LNP Process Development group in Boston, supporting process development, scale-up, and characterization of LNP drug products.

Ideal candidates have LNP process development experience, capability in analytics (DLS, osmolality), and proficiency with Benchling ELN; collaboration across functions is essential for advancing programs through clinical stages.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in chemical/biomedical engineering or related field and 3–4 years lab experience; M.S. with 1–2 years accepted.
• Proficiency in bench-scale manufacturing of LNPs focusing on mixing and tangential flow filtration (TFF).
• Experience with nucleic acid process development and T-mixing/TFF is preferred.
• Experience with DLS and osmolality for in-process monitoring.
• Experience with Benchling ELN and SOPs/technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Support routine process development and characterization of the LNP drug product manufacturing process (batch ranges 10 mg to 1 g).
• Execute analytics (DLS, UV quantification via Ribogreen, pH, osmolality) for in-process monitoring.
• Perform experiments with limited supervision under SME guidance.
• Organize data, interpret results, and present findings to the team.
• Author SOPs, reports, and protocols as required.
• Document experiments and protocols using electronic lab notebooks (Benchling).
• Maintain lab equipment, order reagents, and support operational excellence activities.
