Qualifications

• Interest in litigating worker health and safety cases before administrative tribunals, superior courts, and appellate courts.
• Interest in civil litigation, including discovery, motions, briefs, and negotiations.
• Ability to handle cases electronically with remote or hybrid hearings and trials.
• Willingness to travel to litigation events across the state when needed.
• Commitment to high ethical standards and to working in an inclusive, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to seek and give help in a supportive setting.
• Ability to manage an active caseload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct and cross-examinations in hearings and depositions.
• Handle motion practice and discovery effectively.

• Present arguments orally and in writing; participate in superior court practice including jury trials.
