Responsibilities

• Represent DLI before BIIA and superior courts in industrial insurance cases.
• Handle jury trials and-related litigation in Benton, Franklin and Walla Walla counties.
• Travel regularly to support cases and hearings.
• Engage in negotiations and present arguments orally and in writing.
