EPIC Healthcare in Old Bridge, NJ is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a long‑term care facility focused on quality resident care. The role requires NJ LNHA licensure and a strong, hands‑on leadership style.

Salary range is $140,000 to $150,000 per year with a competitive benefits package, flexible schedule, PTO and overtime pay. You will work with an amazing hands‑on management team and contribute to a strong foundation and outstanding resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• LNHA license valid in New Jersey.
