Arc at Sangamon valley is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to direct the day-to-day operations of the facility in line with federal and local standards to ensure a high level of resident care.

The role requires holding a current LNHA license, a relevant bachelor’s degree (preferred), and at least two years in a supervisory healthcare role. You will oversee budgets, procedures, and staff to uphold compliance and a compassionate, quality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or health related degree is preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a supervisor role, healthcare experience preferred.

• Ensure the facility operations are in compliance with Federal, State, Local, and Company guidelines.
