Job summary

Epic Healthcare in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee all facility operations in line with policies and federal/state guidelines. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with competitive wages and benefits in a hands-on management environment.

The LNHA will develop strategic plans for profitability, coordinate with clinicians, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Applicants must be PA-licensed LNHA with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Responsibilities:

• Develops strategic plans for profitability and is accountable for all operations and programs.
• Recommends and leads changes to improve the nursing home.
• Keep detailed records of medical and office supplies stock.
• Inform employees of new policies and other changes.
• Develop work schedules for all employees.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to identify their issues and needs.
• Respond to questions from doctors, nurses, and patients in a timely manner.
• Ensure patient medical records are kept up to date.
• Keep records of all expenses and recommend techniques to reduce costs.
• Ensure all departments comply with the current healthcare laws and regulations.

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a hospital/nursing facility administration position.
• LNHA in PA
