Job summary

Garden Healthcare in Thornville, OH seeks a full-time LNHA-Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide daily operations to deliver quality resident care. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Applicants must hold an Ohio Nursing Home Administrator license, have at least 2 years as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT, and demonstrate strong budgeting, staff development, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT.
• Current Nursing Home Administrator License in OH.
• Experience in staff development (i.e.: hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline, and delegation)
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Proven track record in census and revenue growth; experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses
• Competent in organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new applications
