As a key member of the Prestige Healthcare Services team, you will shape operations and foster a culture of safety and excellence.

You will oversee clinical quality, budgeting, and survey readiness, handle grievances, and guide staff development.

Qualifications

• Virginia Nursing Home Administrator License required.
• At least 3 years of experience operating a skilled nursing setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring quality and appropriateness of resident/patient care meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards.
• Managing the facility's budget.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, comfortable, and appealing environment for residents, patients, visitors, and staff in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Managing all aspects of state or federal government survey processes.
• Handling grievances from residents, patients, employees, etc.
