Lakeside Health & Rehabilitation Center in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The role demands strategic leadership, regulatory acumen, and a commitment to resident-centered care.

You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and team development while building strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Virginia LNHA license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Leadership experience as LNHA in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Proven regulatory compliance, census development, financial management, employee engagement, and quality improvement.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for daily facility operations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
• Drive quality measures and survey readiness.
• Lead financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
