Job summary

Ayden Healthcare of Oregon is seeking a qualified Administrator LNHA to oversee operations at our facility. The Administrator directs day-to-day functions in line with federal, state, and local long-term care standards to ensure the highest quality of resident care.

The successful candidate will lead staff, collaborate with management and consultants on a business plan, and meet regularly with residents to ensure satisfaction and a positive service experience.

Qualifications

• LNHA license in good standing with knowledge of state guidelines.
• 1–2 years' experience as a Nursing Home Administrator.
• Lead facility management staff and consultants toward a business plan.
• Meet regularly with residents to ensure satisfaction with care.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills.
• Compassionate approach to caregiving.
• Experience in home care or senior care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration protocols and care plans.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interaction with residents, families and staff.
