Cedarview Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to manage daily clinical and administrative operations. You will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while driving financial and programmatic goals for the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare.
• Advanced degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• Current, unencumbered Ohio LNHA license and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Set financial and programmatic goals and evaluate annual performance.
• Monitor monthly facility performance against budget and intervene as needed.
• Recruit, hire and train staff to deliver programs and services.
• Lead routine meetings with direct reports to supervise operations.
