Qualifications

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the applicable state.
• Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings.
• Strong operational, financial, and regulatory knowledge.
• Experience managing staff, budgets, and facility performance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive within fast-paced operational environments.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, surveys, and quality standards.
• Ability to lead teams with professionalism, accountability, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility
• Lead department heads and interdisciplinary teams

• Support census growth and resident satisfaction initiatives
• Manage staffing, budgets, and operational performance metrics

• Partner closely with regional leadership and clinical teams
• Monitor facility performance and implement operational improvements when necessary
• Support recruitment, retention, and development of facility staff
