Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license required in the facility's state.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree preferred.
• Prior leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop direct reports, model professional leadership.
• Manage day-to-day facility operations and budgets.
• Develop and monitor the facility budget and business plan.
• Oversee census development, accounts receivable, and NOI.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure care plans are followed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality programs.
• Review payroll, time records, and staffing assignments.
• Prioritize resident satisfaction and safety.
