Job summary

Villa At Borgess Place is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the facility, oversee operations, budgeting, and patient care. The LNHA serves as the community representative and ensures high-quality services and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to manage multiple priorities, and deep understanding of clinical and business aspects of long-term care. Candidates should possess an active LNHA license with prior SNF leadership experience.

Qualifications

• LNHA license in the state of the facility.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s preferred.
• Prior leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities

• Guide and develop direct reports with strong leadership.
• Manage day-to-day facility operations and budgets.
• Develop and monitor the annual budget and long-term goals.
• Oversee census development and accounts receivable management.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
