Qualifications

• Active state Nursing Home Administrator license is required.
• Minimum 3 years related experience.
• 1–2 years in a management/supervisory role.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care and ensure high-quality services.
• Identify and address problems with corrective plans.
• Manage financial performance and overall facility operations.
• Develop short-term (quarterly) and long-term (annual) strategic plans to support business objectives.
• Lead annual budget, P&L analysis, and review financial reports.
• Promote recruitment, retention, career development and continuing education of staff.
• Interview, hire, and orient direct reports; monitor productivity and adjust as needed.
• Ensure accurate medical records for billing, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
