Copper Ridge Care Center is seeking an LPN/LVN supervisor to direct day-to-day nursing activities and oversee nursing assistants in a long-term care setting. You will ensure adherence to policies, coordinate shifts, and participate in quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of resident care.

The role requires current licensure, CPR, and prior supervisory experience in a nursing environment. Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential to succeed.

Formación

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Active LPN/LVN license in the state.
• Current CPR certification and ability to read and follow policies.
• Experience supervising nursing assistants and coordinating care.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in the facility.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations by nursing staff.
• Develop and review nursing service plans and discharge planning.
• Complete charting, reports, and documentation for residents and shifts.
• Administer medications as ordered and verify resident identity.
• Provide leadership, conduct rounds, and coordinate with other departments.
