Copper Ridge Nursing seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who builds a positive culture, supports staff, and drives clinical and operational outcomes.

Formación

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the applicable state.
• Prior skilled nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey requirements.
• Strong operational, financial, and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to take ownership, solve problems, and lead by example.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership and direction for facility operations.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Partner closely with Nursing and department leadership to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong leadership team.
• Maintain appropriate staffing and promote a positive employee culture.
• Monitor census, labor, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Drive occupancy and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, referral sources, residents, and families.
• Lead survey readiness, quality improvement, and regulatory initiatives.
• Ensure residents and families receive responsive, compassionate service.
