Qualifications

As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) at Skilled Nursing Facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the exceptional care and quality of life for our residents. About the Role:


  • Lead and manage the facility's administrative team, ensuring efficient and effective operations

  • Collaborate with medical, nursing, and support staff to develop and implement quality care plans

  • Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and other administrative tasks

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, laws, and policies

  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and the community

Requirements:
