The ideal candidate has extensive LNG/plant maintenance experience, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of CMMS and plant security procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Five+ years of LNG plant operations or maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA safety policies.
• Excellent leadership skills aligned with company values.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude across plant components.
• Working knowledge of Windows, spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Enter direct reports time, assign daily work, perform monthly safety audits, process invoices, ensure environmental compliance and maintain spare parts inventory.
• Maintain and verify maintenance records using CMMS and internal systems; check daily equipment sheets for errors before filing; maintain security logs.
• Supervise, direct and mentor staff; foster safety-first culture within the team; support professional development of reports.
• Assist Plant Manager in financial planning and operation of the facility; help ensure plant reliability for peak demand and on-call emergencies.
