Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to direct and coordinate maintenance technicians at our Everett terminal. You will plan, schedule and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring high productivity and safe execution of all work tasks.

The role requires 5–9 years of power plant maintenance experience and strong knowledge of maintenance systems (IMAINT/MAXIMO) and Microsoft Office. DOT/PHMSA responsibilities apply; extensive coordination with managers and contractors is

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering/technical discipline with 5 years power plant maintenance experience or
Associate's degree with 7 years experience in power plant maintenance
High school diploma with 9 years power plant maintenance experience

Responsibilities

Oversee the work of maintenance technicians; direct and coordinate activities.
Plan, schedule, and supervise terminal facilities' maintenance requirements.
Ensure plant availability and safe, expeditious repairs.
Coordinate predictive and preventive maintenance programs with schedules.
Assist Environment Specialist with environmental data and records.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; maintain environmental stewardship.
