Duke Energy is seeking a Supervisory LNG Maintenance professional for the Four Oaks, NC LNG Plant. You will supervise maintenance technicians, ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance while coordinating daily operations and maintenance planning.

This role supports plant readiness for peak demand and requires strong leadership. The position emphasizes hands-on maintenance, procedure development, and close collaboration with Plant Management and various departments to uphold safety

Qualifications

• Five or more years of LNG plant operations or maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA safety policies.

Responsabilités

• Direct maintenance technicians and coordinate daily work schedules.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient LNG plant operation and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports using CMMS.
• Support Plant Manager in financial planning and operational readiness.
