Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Construction experience on a heavy industrial site.

Responsibilities

• Prepares construction drawings and sketches.
• Facilitates planning construction methods and procedures.
• Initiates requisitions for field purchases and prepares quantity takeoffs.
• Verifies commodities on quantity tracking systems.
• Ensures zero accident philosophy and safety requirements are followed.
• Reviews inspection/test plans and coordinates subcontractor submittals.
• Field inspections across challenging environments (high heat, humidity, confined spaces).
