Bechtel is seeking a Project Field Engineer to provide field engineering support on LNG plant projects within the US Gulf Coast region. The role involves work planning, material management, quantity verification, safety and quality control, and coordination for system turnover.

Mobility across Bechtel's Global Business Units may be required. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–9 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills and familiarity with

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years relevant experience, or 6-9 years overall.
• Experience in LNG facilities or energy construction preferred.
• Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
• Familiarity with Bechtel work processes and BSAPs (Unifier, Aconex, DSCS, PTR, Agile).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the PFE in establishing and maintaining field engineering programs.
• Maintain project document control and ensure latest document versions are used.
• Develop detailed installation plans for cross-discipline installations.
• Ensure field work packages align with the construction schedule.
• Prioritize work for multi-discipline field engineers and provide supervision.
• Support ITP development and conduct inspections as required.
• Perform quality control inspections and generate related documentation.
• Support design and constructability issue resolution with the design team.
• Assist in front-end scoping and subcontract technical sections.
• Develop construction progress reports and quantity forecasts.
