Job summary

The Bergaila Companies seeks a Project Manager for LNG Capital Projects based in Houston, TX. You will lead brownfield and greenfield capital projects through engineering, procurement, construction, start-up, and demolition, coordinating with multiple stakeholders in active facilities.

Required are LNG project experience in the U.S., strong planning and cost control skills, and familiarity with FERC/PHMSA regulations.

Qualifications

• Engineering and project experience supporting U.S. LNG projects.
• Experience with operations teams in active plant environments.
• Experience with FERC and PHMSA regulations for LNG facilities.
• Strong project planning, cost control, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Valid, unexpired driver’s license.
• TWIC credential required before starting.
• Ability to wear PPE and work in industrial facilities, including confined spaces and heights.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of brownfield and greenfield capital projects through engineering, procurement, construction, testing, start-up, and demolition.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities with the Project Engineering Manager.
• Develop project execution and staffing plans, resource strategies, and contracting approaches.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, demolition, and field execution activities.
• Establish and update project schedules, estimates, costs, and progress.
• Manage scope, baselines, risks, changes, and mitigation per Change Management.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, OH&S, contractors, vendors and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, safety, and regulatory objectives.
• Provide reporting to department leadership and project stakeholders.
• Support business development through opportunity evaluation and planning.
