Job summary

Top Talent Central LLC in Houston is seeking a Project Manager – Capital Projects to drive brownfield and greenfield capital initiatives from Front-End Loading to Start-up and handover. You will coordinate multi-discipline teams, manage schedule and budget, and ensure safety and quality across complex facilities.

The role requires 10+ years in oil & gas or LNG project experience, strong leadership, and the ability to interact with Operations, Maintenance and Safety teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
Minimum 10+ years in engineering and project management, oil & gas or refinery projects.
Experience leading large capital projects and interfacing with Operations, Maintenance and Safety.
TWIC and a valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Lead project execution across FEED, Detailed Design, Construction and Start-up.
Coordinate multi-discipline engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
Monitor schedule, cost, risk, and change control; report to stakeholders.
Ensure safety and compliance expectations are met in all field activities.
