Job summary

Cedar Healthcare Center in Portsmouth, NH is seeking dependable LNAs for Per Diem/PRN work with flexible scheduling. You will provide direct care to residents per care plans and assist with ADLs, reporting changes to nursing staff.

The role includes supporting mealtime, admissions, transfers, discharges, and documentation, while following infection control protocols. CPR/BLS certification is preferred and strong communication with the team is essential for success on diverse shifts.

Qualifications

• LNA license in NH is required.

Responsibilities

Cedar Healthcare Center, a senior living and rehabilitation community in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking a dependable and compassionate LNAs to join our team. We are currently hiring for Per Diem / PRN positions — offering true flexibility. Work when it fits your schedule!

Schedule: Per Diem/PRN – Flexible Scheduling (Work Your Own Hours!)

Pay Range: LNA $23 - 29, based on experience

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct care to residents in accordance with care plans

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding)

What We’re Looking For:
