Job summary

The Arbors at Shelburne, part of Benchmark Senior Living, is seeking experienced LNA caregivers for the 2pm-10pm shift in Shelburne, Vermont. Earn up to $24 per hour and join a team dedicated to compassionate elder care.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting care, engaging residents in activities, and maintaining high-quality service. LNA license is preferred but not required; prior experience with dementia is a plus.

Qualifications

• LNA license preferred but not required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred.
• Experience working with residents with dementia desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care and report health changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure quality care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

The Arbors at Shelburne is currently looking for part time LNA/Experienced Caregivers for our evening shift (2p-10p).

Up to $24/HR

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid VT LNA license desired but not required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
