Job summary

Talent Software Services is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Business Analyst to support a large-scale LMS transformation initiative. You will partner with Learning & Development, Technology, Operations, and LMS vendors to define business requirements, evaluate current processes, design future-state solutions, and coordinate functional testing activities.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting LMS implementations or comparable enterprise software deployments and can bridge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with LMS or enterprise software deployments.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience developing and executing testing plans (functional/UAT).
• Strong process mapping and improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and maintain requirements, user stories, flows, and specs.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Analyze workflows and identify process improvements and automation.
• Partner with stakeholders, tech teams, and vendors to design scalable solutions.
• Develop and execute functional, integration, and UAT testing.
• Validate functionality, track defects, and support resolution.
• Assist with data validation, migration activities, and readiness.
• Support development of operational processes and standard work.
