Job summary

RFCUNY invites applications for a Program Operations Specialist at the 4 World Trade Center location. The role manages enrollment, scheduling, logistics, learner support, LMS administration, and operational reporting across training programs.

You will conduct final quality assurance, coordinate ILT and VILT sessions, develop course materials, track attendance, and produce stakeholder reports on enrollment and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience in coordinating large-scale learning programs.
  • Experience with learning management systems and reporting platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to independently resolve routine and complex issues.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to keep accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Manage enrollment processes for course offerings.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for ILT and VILT sessions.
  • Perform final QA and readiness activities for courses and curricula in the LMS.
  • Maintain LMS content uploads and course materials.
  • Track attendance and generate enrollment metrics.
  • Produce stakeholder reports on enrollment, attendance, and learning outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary contact for learner inquiries and support.
  • Support program management with process improvements and special projects.
