Zusammenfassung

The Research Foundation of the City University of New York (RFCUNY) invites applications for a Curriculum Developer/Trainer at its New York office. You will lead learning product development projects, deliver virtual and in-person sessions, and support continuous quality improvement.

Reporting to the Deputy Director, you will design eLearnings, microlearnings, and instructor-led trainings, apply adult learning principles, and coordinate with subject-matter experts to create comprehensive

Qualifikationen

• Three (3) years of full-time work in curriculum development including needs analysis, project scoping, storyboarding, scripting, and evaluation in training environments.
• Two (2) years of experience facilitating professional learning, adult learning, or higher education.
• Two (2) years of managing training, curriculum or procedure projects with successful implementation.
• Exceptional writing skills for emails, project summaries, procedures, and course materials.
• Knowledge of government operations, human services, and/or shelter programs is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and maintain learning programs and products such as eLearnings, microlearnings and instructor-led trainings (virtual and in-person).
• Apply adult learning principles to design and deploy eLearning and other training modes for highly technical procedures.
• Coordinate with facilitators, developers, and program management to execute deliverables and learning products.
• Use instructional design tools like Articulate Storyline 360/Rise, Vyond, and Adobe Express to create engaging digital experiences.
• Analyze content to produce curricula, guides, and learning resources; lead project deliverables on schedule.
• Complete QA reviews to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Represent the ILS brand in meetings, events, and conferences; pursue ongoing professional development.
