Job summary

National Fostering Group is seeking a Learning & Talent Administrator to provide efficient admin support across the Learning & Talent function. You will coordinate training events, manage bookings, maintain learning records, and support Shine LMS access for colleagues and foster carers.

You will also help coordinate First Aid training and produce basic Power BI reports while responding promptly to stakeholder queries.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong IT skills and experience with learning management systems.
• Experience coordinating training events and bookings.
