Job summary

The Fay Group is seeking a Learning Specialist to administer the Learning Management System and deploy online courses. You will configure curriculum, enroll learners, troubleshoot, report on data, and reconcile with UKG and Active Directory.

The role also supports design and implementation of learning programs, coordinating training logistics and learning aids. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Business or HR, LMS or training coordination experience, and strong communication, analytical, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field.
• Previous LMS Administrator or Training Coordinator experience preferred.
• Project management experience and training material development.
• Strong communication, data analysis, and multi-project management.
• Experience with MS Office and HRIS databases.

Responsibilities

• Administer LMS configuration, curriculum deployment, learner enrollment, and troubleshooting.
• Report on learning data and reconcile with UKG and Active Directory.
• Design, develop, and implement learning programs and materials.
• Coordinate training logistics and enrollment administration.
• Analyze participation and learning metrics to improve programs.
