MBP in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist II to support and deliver engaging training programs, maintain our Learning Management System, and collaborate with teams to create impactful content.

You will coordinate key internal initiatives, load content, create assessments, troubleshoot LMS issues, and analyze feedback to improve programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• LMS technical expertise and instructional design experience.
• Experience with backend LMS functions: user management, content uploads, troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to deliver both virtual and in-person training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal learning initiatives and manage the Learning Management System.
• Partner with SMEs to elevate training content and processes.
• Develop interactive courses using presentations, audio, video, and assessments.
• Analyze course evaluations to drive program improvements.
• Coordinate logistics for learning sessions and maintain training records.
• Assist with vendor accounts and workshop logistics.
