Responsibilities include running LMS reports, managing activations/deactivations, loading training modules, and supporting ILT classes with sign-in and diploma follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees not required; relevant experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Experience supporting customers via phone and email.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact via phone and email with dealers and staff regarding training and LMS.
• Run, edit, create and streamline LMS reports for managers and field staff.
• Handle LMS account activations and deactivations.
• Load and test training modules within the LMS (SumTotal).
• Provide ILT class support including sign-in and follow-up.
