Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) in Dallas seeks a Training Administrator to manage compliance, training programs, and LMS support across airline passenger, cargo and ground handling operations.

The role focuses on maintaining records, coordinating with field managers, and delivering timely training and reporting to Directors of Training and QA. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2+ years in airline ground handling/cargo safety, security, or training.
• Ability to work with diverse teams across a global environment.
• Knowledge of TSA, FAA, IATA, OSHA, CBP regulations applicable to operations.
• Knowledge of Federal Air Regulations relevant to WFS operations.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field and station managers to ensure initial and recurrent training.
• Evaluate training compliance and keep records current to meet standards.
• Verify mandated training completion across stations.
• Prepare reports for Directors of Training and QA and the VP.
• Assist stations with LMS training and inspections as required.
• Provide timely LMS technical and training support.
• Attend meetings to discuss training, safety or security issues.
• Contribute to projects and process improvements.
• Meet with airline representatives for training or audit needs.
• Perform other duties as required.
