Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with LMS and instructional technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMS guidance, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and deliver faculty workshops and training materials.
• Handle LMS support requests and document resolutions.
• Assist with accessibility features and remediation.
• Create user-facing documentation and job aids.
• Support online testing and virtual proctoring setup.
• Escalate issues to vendors or IT when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
