Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
• 3–4 years of LMS administration and training operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cornerstone On Demand, ATICTS, and SRT.
• Experience with MS Outlook and cross‑platform communication (Teams, email, in‑person).
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, MATCH, PivotTables, data validation).

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain the LMS platform to ensure stability and audit‑ready data.
• Configure and maintain learning assignments, curricula, certifications, and learning paths.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and system access across departments.
• Coordinate instructor‑led training logistics and scheduling across sites.
• Monitor training records, generate reports, and support audits.
• Collaborate with Compliance, HR, Legal, and Operations to meet regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot LMS issues and assist users via multiple channels.
