• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with HR focus or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of LMS administration and training operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cornerstone On Demand, ATICTS, and SRT.
• Experience with MS Outlook and cross-platform communication.
• Intermediate Excel skills for scheduling and reporting.

• Administer and maintain the LMS platform with data accuracy.
• Configure learning assignments, curricula, certifications, and paths.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access across departments.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions and new-hire training.
• Coordinate instructor-led training logistics and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Compliance, HR, Legal, and Operations.
• Monitor training records and support audits.
• Troubleshoot LMS issues and assist users.
