Job summary

Conifer Realty is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to administer the LMS, track training, and maintain branding across L&D materials. The role reports to the National Trainer and may back up new-hire orientation.

The position is full-time, hybrid, with 1–2 years of admin/training support expected. Experience in LMS and real estate is a plus; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative, coordination, HR, or training-support experience.
• Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred.
• Experience in affordable housing, multifamily, or real estate a plus.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, education, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of Conifer’s LMS, including uploading and organizing training content, and maintaining training calendars.
• Track and report training completion, participation, and compliance status; flag gaps to the National Trainer.
• Support brand standards across L&D materials and LMS content in coordination with the National Trainer.
• Serve as backup facilitator for new-hire orientation sessions when needed.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions and events; schedule, set up rooms, prepare materials, and communicate with attendees.
