Qualifications

• Experience in a client service environment preferred but not required.
• Strong client relationship skills with the ability to manage multiple demands.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through LMS training and migration processes to ensure adoption of the software.
• Adhere to installation standards, project plans, and related documentation during setup and training.
• Handle LMS support cases as they arise.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage priorities, timelines, and issues.
• Record all communications with clients for reference and reporting.
• Direct and perform follow-up to complete projects and drive client satisfaction.
• Identify referral opportunities for compliance solutions during dealer interactions.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the migration process.
