700Credit is looking for an Entry Level Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team at the Southfield, MI headquarters. You will support client training on our LMS platform and manage dealer migrations to our platform or partner platform.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, effective communication, and thriving in a fast-paced client service environment. This is an entry-level position.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service environment preferred but not required.
• Strong client relationship skills with the ability to manage multiple demands.
• Comfortable in a performance-based, structured environment with high ethics.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service abilities.

Responsabilités

• Guide clients through LMS training and migration processes to ensure adoption of the software.
• Adhere to installation standards, project plans, and related documentation during setup and training.
• Handle LMS support cases as they arise.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage priorities, timelines, and issues.
• Record all communications with clients for reference and reporting.
• Direct and perform follow-up to complete projects and drive client satisfaction.
• Identify referral opportunities for compliance solutions during dealer interactions.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the migration process.
