Job summary

Boise State University is seeking an Online Course Technologist to maintain online program master courses in the LMS and ensure alignment with university policy and accessibility guidelines. You will collaborate with faculty, online program partners, and eCampus staff to update and maintain courses, providing real-time support via Zoom, chat, and email.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience and 2 years of professional experience.
• Preferred: experience with Canvas LMS for online course creation/support (2+ years).
• Preferred: experience using Google Workspace for collaboration (1+ year).
• Experience in customer service, preferably in Higher Education (1+ year).

Responsibilities

• Provide LMS administration and course support to online program coordinators and faculty.
• Consult with faculty and eCampus staff on online course maintenance best practices.
• Meet with faculty and program chairs to keep courses up to date.
• Provide training on LMS features to eCampus staff.
• Assist instructional designers with online course updates and maintenance.
• Oversee course revisions and updates.
