Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Dallas seeks a Learning Operations Specialist to optimize the learning ecosystem and drive enterprise initiatives. You will own the Dayforce LMS, manage content, governance, and reporting, and partner with HR and business stakeholders to improve learner experience and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of LMS/L&D operations experience, strong data skills, and familiarity with Power BI, Adobe Captivate, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of LMS administration and L&D operations experience.
• Experience with learning content providers, catalogs, and libraries within an LMS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Dayforce LMS system owner; optimize platform, governance, UX, support and adoption.
• Import, organize, and maintain learning content and catalogs; map to competency frameworks and paths.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation and standardization.
• Partner with vendors and stakeholders to evaluate and implement enhancements, integrations, and new learning solutions.
• Maintain accurate learner records, certifications, and training completions; ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and HR on content, deployment, and reporting needs.
• Analyze learning data and develop actionable insights to support workforce development and compliance.
• Manage the centralized learning mailbox and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Monitor learning trends and propose innovations to improve engagement and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
