Job summary

NLACRC is seeking a Training Specialist II in Chatsworth, CA to maintain training transcripts and actively participate in new hire training. The role includes managing the Learning Management System for staff, improving user experience, and collaborating with the LMS developer on issues.

You will act as an instructional designer, provide recommendations, and prepare analyses for strategic reports to the Training and Development Supervisor.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of related training and LMS administrator experience.
• Training and Facilitation Certification or 2-5 years in training facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training transcripts and LMS records to support initiatives.
• Participate as a trainer in new hire training and other sessions.
• Manage LMS front-end and back-end to improve staff experience and efficiencies.
• Serve as an instructional designer and prepare analyses for reports.
• Coordinate in-person trainings and assist with venue setup and logistics.
