Job summary

North Los Angeles County Regional Center (NLACRC) in Chatsworth, CA seeks a Training Specialist II to manage LMS transcripts and training portfolios. You will participate as a trainer in new hire programs and maintain LMS front-end tooling, collaborating with the LMS developer to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of related training and LMS administrator experience.
• Training and Facilitation Certification or 2-5 years in training facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training transcripts and LMS records per initiatives.
• Lead NSO training and other trainings as assigned.
• Administer LMS front-end to improve staff experience and collaborate with LMS developers.
• Serve as lead training specialist for setup/breakdown of in-person trainings.
• Design instructional materials using ADDIE; develop eLearning and in-person training.
• Source external trainings and maintain training designs and templates.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports and quarterly performance reports.
