Job summary

EvergreenHealth is seeking a Training and LMS Specialist to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that meet regulatory and organizational needs. You will serve as a subject matter expert in instructional design, adult learning, and LMS administration, ensuring content, records, and configurations are accurate, current, and compliant.

You will collaborate with IT, clinical informatics, and leadership to analyze issues, improve processes, and support a high-quality user experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education/Adult Learning Technology, HR, IT, Nursing, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in instructional design.
• 2 years of experience facilitating training for adult learners.
• 2 years of experience as a System Administrator for a web-based Learning Management System.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote, Clipchamp).
• Intermediate knowledge of Articulate, Camtasia, and Canva design tools.
• Working knowledge of system-to-system sync.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers learning solutions including classroom, e-learning, and competency resources.
• Maintains and updates training content to stay current with organizational goals.
• Facilitates engaging training and communicates complex information clearly.
• Acts as SME for LMS, Articulate 360, and video editing tools.
• Provides excellent customer service to learners and stakeholders.
• Collaborates with IT, Clinical Informatics, and leadership to meet learning objectives.
• Identifies LMS issues and analyzes root causes to improve processes.
• Performs QA on training records and data for accuracy and compliance.
• Interprets policies and accreditation standards in learning programs.
