Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, education, adult learning, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in eLearning development, instructional design, or related professional development roles.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and eLearning authoring tools.
• Strong technical skills with attention to detail in design and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee South Metro Fire Rescue's LMS and design, develop, and implement innovative eLearning solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Create engaging eLearning content including simulations, scenarios, and knowledge checks.
• Maintain certifications tracking and reporting; ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Administer LMS configuration, content integration, and curriculum programs.
• Analyze feedback and drive continuous improvement in teaching methods and delivery.
