Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, communications or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices.
• Experience with Canva, PowToon, Clipchamp.
• Experience in video editing and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain engaging, interactive learning experiences using LMS.
• Build interactive learning modules with tools like interactive video, drag-and-drop activities, image hotspots.
• Support staff onboarding, internal training and professional development.
• Performs other work as required.
