Job summary

Fluence is seeking a Content Developer / Instructional Designer to build onboarding and ongoing learning content. You will modularize training for the LMS and keep materials up to date on SharePoint.

You’ll create interactive modules with Articulate 360 Rise, manage LMS reports, and collaborate with SMEs to ensure content is current and scalable. Virtual and in-person facilitation may be required. Four days in the office.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of instructional design & content development experience.
• Articulate 360 Rise experience required for building interactive, scalable e-learning course content.
• LMS Administration experience highly preferred, including user management, course creation, and reporting.
• Facilitation: Demonstrated experience facilitating live or virtual training sessions for varied audiences.
• Process Documentation: Experience creating SOPs using Scribe or similar tools.
• Video Production: Experience producing and editing training videos using Synthesia and Adobe Premiere (both required).
• Content Management: Experience maintaining training content on SharePoint or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain content for onboarding and continuous learning programs.
• Modularize new training content for all roles within the LMS.
• Keep relevant content updated on the Lightning SharePoint site.
