Job summary

RAE Corporation is seeking an LMS Author to develop and deliver training within the Dot Compliance system. You will build training structures, issue training, and ensure audit-ready content through collaboration with SMEs. This role is essential for effective and high-quality training programs.

You will work with Quality, Safety, HR, and other departments to support ongoing training initiatives and maintain organized records on the Dot platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years LMS or training experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with SMEs and multiple departments.
• Experience with Dot Compliance LMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue and manage training assignments within Dot, ensuring employees are enrolled and tracked.
• Build, configure, and maintain training protocols and components.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather, review, and upload training materials.
• Format and organize training content for clarity and usability.
• Support creation and maintenance of training plans and course structures.
• Ensure training content aligns with ISO requirements and audit expectations.
• Track training completion and follow up with departments.
• Assist with onboarding training setup and updates.
• Maintain training records within Dot.
• Provide user support for training questions and LMS navigation.
• Identify opportunities to improve training processes and content.
