ST Engineering Aerospace in Pensacola, FL seeks an LMS Administrator to oversee the LMS implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement. You will manage users, training records, content, system features, and related technologies to support employee development and compliance.

You will develop training plans, create LMS modules, and provide user training and troubleshooting. The role emphasizes accuracy, security, and timely reporting to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in training, education and/or experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in related field with 1-year supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LMS implementation and maintenance across users, content, and security.
• Develop training plans and create new LMS modules as needed.
• Provide user support and troubleshooting for login and course access issues.
• Track usage and generate reports on trends to inform improvements.
• Coordinate vendor evaluations and tool integrations with the LMS.
